Booking and Payment

1. Reservations can be made directly on our website by filling out the booking form and following the instructions provided.
2. At the time of booking, full payment may be required. Payments can be made via PayPal.

Cancellations and Modifications

In exceptional cases (e.g., force majeure or room unavailability), the B&B reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, a full refund or an equivalent alternative will be offered. Reservations can only be modified or canceled by contacting us directly.

Check-in e Check-out

1. At check-in, a valid ID will be required for registration. Check-in time is after 12:00 PM.
2. Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.

Stay Policies

1. Smoking is prohibited.
2. Guests are required to observe quiet hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
3. Any damage caused to the property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.
4. Pets are allowed. A supplement may apply.

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and used exclusively for purposes related to the reservation and stay. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

La Corte di Alzo B&B is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of personal items during the stay.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables.

Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the court of Pella.
